I’ve been working at eating more healthily lately, and needed some healthy snack ideas. When there aren’t any healthy snacks in the house, the temptation is to grab something unhealthy. I’ve changed that by stocking up on snacks that are healthier, so that I reach for those instead!
I’m compiling a list (which will grow as I add more to it) – and if you’re looking for healthy snack ideas too, here are some for you :
- Red and Yellow Peppers with moroccan humous
- Cashew nuts
- Almonds
- Greek Yoghurt (0% fat) with a drizzle of honey
- Avocado
- Popcorn – salty
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Melon
